As many of you know, my partner Alex LOVES to cook. Anytime he creates something healthy and delicious in under 15 minutes I have to share! This is the most simple and delicious fruit salad that's sure to impress your friends and family this holiday season with its colorful attire and subtle sweetness. Did I mention it's healthy? Don't tell the kids!!
Ingredients we used:
Pears, Apples, Blackberries, Strawberries, Blueberries and Raspberries. Lemon and Sugar.
Cut up fruit in small bite size pieces so it's easy to eat (this is the most time consuming). Squeeze a bit of lemon into fruit and add a small amount of organic sugar, then gently stir until your fruit is evenly coated.
This was my healthy late night snack, but you can pour your mixture into a beautiful see though bowl for a stunning presentation!
