I believe that cutting back on my caffeine intake and increasing my water intake is helping, too. 

I've also begun to give myself Castor Oil treatments (with my heating pad) on my abdominal area for my (large 10 mm) fibroid related symptoms. While I don't anticipate that it'll destroy my fibroid altogether (it's a bit more complex) I have noticed a relief in the cramps and heaviness I've been experiencing for the last 2 years, since using it on my skin. I do believe the adjustment in my diet has helped a lot as well.
