Here are a few quick and easy ways to care for your skin with food by incorporating anti-inflammatory ingredients, antioxidants and omegas into your diet.
Remember, not one diet fits all, but these suggestions are tried and true ways to generally aid your skin in healing.

Plus, here's the easy anti-inflammatory dinner recipe we used for our skin foods segment. These are the images from the exact meal you see in the video, which we made the night before. If you want to add meat, wild caught fish is your healthiest option!
RECIPE: Cut up veggies of choice, as seen in the image below. Toss them lightly in a healthy oil, such as EVOO or Avocado Oil and season to taste. Bake on 420F for approximately 25 minutes or until cooked and enjoy!!
