Return Policy

Our Guarantee:

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Jentri Quinn purchase, you may request that we issue you back store credit that doesn’t expire (within 30 days) of your receipt. If you prefer, you may exchange your product(s) for other Jentri Quinn products. 

Simply log in to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail once your request has been processed. 

Please take into consideration that Monetary refunds and returns are not allowed or accepted unless there's an error on our part.

If you would like to sample any of our products first, we recommend purchasing a customized sample kit. 

Shelf Life:

To preserve your product's freshness, we recommend using our skincare products within 6 months of receiving it.

Missing or Damaged Products: 

Although we do our best to avoid it, we know mistakes can happen and your happiness is very important to us. If we make a mistake, rest assure we'll fix it!  Please email us within 72 hours of receiving your item with a picture, if any items were damaged or are missing so that we can replace them ASAP! 

If you need to return an item (i.e. we send you the wrong product), simply log in to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail once your refund and/or request has been processed. 

Cancelled or Refused Orders:

There will be a $5 restocking fee applied to any unopened/new returns that's not our fault (i.e., you change your mind after you make the purchase but it's already been shipped) that were ordered and delivered, that have been shipped, or are in transit to be delivered.


We offer free shipping for all U.S. orders $55 and over. 

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. 

There are restrictions on some products, however, that cannot be shipped to international destinations.

We do our best to ship your order and deliver it to you as quickly as possible! 

After an order is placed, if the products are in stock, please allow 1-2 business days for the order to be handled. USPS Standard shipping times apply.

US shipping can take anywhere between 2-5 business days, Canada is approximately 2-3 weeks and International orders 2-4 weeks.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Tracking Your Order 
Orders will receive an automated email attached with tracking number. If you don't see it, please check your spam folder. 

Important International Shipping Note:

We are unable to offer free shipping and free return labels for orders outside the US at this time.

As stated on our website under product descriptions, any pre-orders placed with products in stock will be held and shipped together once all products are available. Thanks for your patience. 

Please note that discount codes are not valid for items already on sale, bundles or kits.
